New Patient Forms can be downloaded and filled out prior to your visit. This will save you time and speed up the process. If you are currently wearing glasses, contacts, and/or sunglasses, be sure to bring them with you for your Comprehensive Eye Exam visit. All new patients are recommended for dilation during the exam. In the case that you do get dilated, your eyes will be sensitive to bright light for the first 2-3 hours following your visit. If you do not have sunglasses, disposable sunglasses will be provided by our office. Refrain from using any digital screens immediately after dilation.
